Will Densmore began his fire service career in northern Wake County as a junior firefighter in 2015 while still in high school.
Following graduation, he attended the Wake County Fire Academy and was hired upon completion by a department in northern Wake County.
Will currently serves as a Firefighter with the Knightdale Fire Department in Wake County.
His strong passion for training and instruction led him to create @thebackstep_ on Instagram, a platform that allows him to share knowledge and connect with firefighters from across the country.
