Tim Green has been riding the tailboard with Polk County Fire Rescue in Central Florida since 2010. A blue-collar firefighter at heart, he believe the job is built on aggressive tactics, hard work, and earning your spot every shift. Tim focuses heavily on engine company operation and aggressive search, keeping his training rooted in real fireground experience and the lessons learned from those who came before him.
He serves as an adjunct instructor, passing down practical, street level knowledge to firefighters who want to be better at the job-not just talk about it. Tim is also the Lead Cadre for the Polk Metro F.O.O.L.S chapter, where he helps push the culture of aggressive firefighting, brotherhood, and never forgetting the traditions of the fire service.
