Chris Fenner is a career firefighter with over a decade of experience serving communities across both the Midwest and the Southeast. He began his career riding an engine, where he built a strong foundation in the fundamentals of fireground operations. Over time, he developed a deep passion for truck work, embracing the search-driven, victim-oriented mindset that defines the craft.

Chris currently serves as an Engineer on Truck 1 with the City of Wilmington Fire Department in North Carolina.

He is also the founder and CEO of Send Me Culture Co., a fire service training organization built on passion for the job, pride in tradition, and an unwavering commitment to brotherhood. His mission is to promote a Service Over Self and Them Over Us mentality — a mindset that challenges firefighters to lead with purpose, humility, and heart.

Dedicated to preserving the craft and elevating the fire service, Chris continues to invest in training, culture, and the next generation of firefighters.
